Background of the Yojana SARG Vikas Samiti has the privilege to be a part of the Government’s ambitious project called PKVY (Paramparagat Krishi vikas Yojana) which is a flagship project aiming at promoting Organic farming in different States of India. SARG implemented PKVY and Namami Gange project in Distric Haridwar ,Udham Singh Nagar as Support agency and district Chamoli , Bageswar, Uttarakashi, Pauri and Dehradun as Regional council.
